    The Admissions Welcome Center Manager is directly responsible to the Director of Admissions to perform a variety of complex, responsible, and confidential administrative support duties relating to the Office of Admissions.

    As a member of the Enrollment Management team, the Admissions Welcome Center Manager helps establish a tone of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality toward prospective students and families, current students & faculty and other members of the University community.

    Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.  Three to six years of experience in office management and front-line customer service is required along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient grammar, spelling and proofreading skills; accurate data entry skills; proficient skills in Microsoft office environment.  Ability to solve problems and to work independently with limited supervision on a wide range of administrative tasks is essential.  Must be able to work effectively with others to include prospective students and their families, current students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni.

  • Electrician- Reviewing Applications/Interviewing

    ذكذكتسئµ Francis University invites applications for a full time Electrician.  The Electrician is responsible to the HVAC/R Supervisor to perform a variety of functions, including installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and equipment.

    High School graduate with specialized training in residential and commercial wiring , motor control, and related items either during or after high school, or through vocational technical school.  Knowledge of appropriate hand tools and basic wiring practices.  Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blue prints is necessary.  Minimum of three years' experience in the electrical trade is preferred.  Off shift call in when needed possible.

  • Graduate Assistants - Accepting Applications

    Graduate Assistantships are offered at ذكذكتسئµ Francis University in a variety of academic and administrative departments throughout campus.

     

    Current Open Positions:

    • GA- Men's & Women's Cross Country/Track & Field
    • GA- Men's & Women's Track & Field

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Acceptance to one of the University's graduate programs as a full-time student
    • Each department may have additional requirements (ex. athletics- coaching/playing experience)
    • Once hired, completion of a Graduate Assistant contract through Academic Affairs- terms to be determined between the sponsoring department and the Graduate Assistant.  If hired in an athletic coaching position another contract is issued from Human Resources.

    Tuition Remission:

    • Graduate assistants are eligible for full tuition remission for up to 9 credits per semester.  Summer varies according to each department.  Positions as a coach within Athletics may offer a stipend in addition to tuition remission
    • Fees, books and additional credits are the responsibility of the Graduate Assistant

  • Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development- Accepting Applications

    The Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development is directly responsible to the Provost (or designee) and the Director of Athletics to coordinate all aspects of the NCAA Student-Athlete Affairs program while providing for academic success and leadership development of student-athletes.  The Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development oversees the Student Athlete Academic Services Office which includes the Associate Director of Student-Athlete Academic Services, the Head Coaches of assigned sports, and Assistant Coaches of assigned sports.  The Associate/Assistant Director oversees all aspects of a successful academic advising, monitoring and leadership development program. The Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development will also serve in sport administration and event management and represent ذكذكتسئµ Francis on the appropriate Northeast Conference, NCAA and N4A Committees.

    The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to al rules and regulations of ذكذكتسئµ Francis University, the NEC and NCAA.   In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and ذكذكتسئµ Francis University.

    Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.  Excellent computer, organization, and communication skills are necessary.  Related experience, preferably at an NCAA Division I university or professional level, required.

    ذكذكتسئµ Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference, invites applications for a full time Assistant Director, Athletic Performance in the Department of Athletics.  The Assistant Director is directly responsible to the Director, Athletic Performance to assist with the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for all of the University's sports programs.

    The successful candidate must have a commitment and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of ذكذكتسئµ Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA.  In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and ذكذكتسئµ Francis University.

    Bachelor's degree required.  Master's degree preferred.  Must possess the knowledge and ability to assist with the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs, at the Division I level. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary and related experience in athletics is required.  CSCS or SCCC and First Aid/CPR certification required.

    Bachelor's degree required.  Intercollegiate competitive or coaching experience required for coaching positions.  Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are essential.

     

    Compensation for the position is tuition remission in a ذكذكتسئµ Francis University Master's degree program, plus a stipend if coaching.  The successful candidate must apply and be admitted to a ذكذكتسئµ Francis University's masters program in order to qualify for the positions.

  • Adjunct Economics Instructor- Accepting Applications

    ذكذكتسئµ Francis University invites applications for Adjunct Economics Instructor for the Fall 2024 semester for Shields School of Business.  The adjunct(s) would teach in-person, introductory macroeconomics and microeconomics on campus.  

    Candidates must possess a minimum of a master's degree in either economics or business administration.  Pervious experience in business and/or college teaching is highly preferred.  Must be available to teach weekday courses.
